Speaky Thank You Package — Official Rules

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Sponsor. Speak2 Software ("Sponsor"), operator of HeySpeaky.com.

Eligibility. Nominees must be current staff members of a senior living community in the United States, age 18 or older. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible to win.

How to enter. Submit the nomination form at HeySpeaky.com with the nominee's name and workplace and your contact information. Limit five (5) nominations per person per week. No fee or purchase is required.

Prize. Each week, one (1) nominee will be selected to receive a $100 gift card (approximate retail value $100) in addition to a Speaky Thank You Package. Winners are selected at random from eligible nominations received that week. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible nominations.

Winner notification. Winners are contacted via the information provided by the nominator. If a winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days, an alternate may be selected.

Privacy. Contact information is used only to coordinate delivery of packages and prizes and is never sold. We record the approximate location of submissions to help prevent abuse.

General. Void where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent or duplicate entries. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook.
